According to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (i.e. the General data protection) (Official Journal of the EU.L. 2016 No. 119, p. 1) hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, we would like to inform you that:

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting “The 34th International Conference on Lightning Protection” and for publishing conference materials.
  4. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (consent to the processing of personal data).
  5. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the goals for which it was collected. Refusal to provide it (failure to consent to its processing) is tantamount to the lack of the opportunity to participate in the registration process for the abovementioned conference and thus participation in this event.
  6. Your personal data will not be disclosed to external entities, except for: Association of Polish Electrical Engineers, cases provided for by law and in the event of consent to your data being forwarded to the organizers of the next, 35th edition of this conference.
  7. The administrator does not provide for the transfer of your personal data to a recipient in a third country or an international organization.
  8. Your data will be processed until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent is revoked as the basis for this processing.
  9. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data.
  10. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which had been carried out on the basis of the consent before it was withdrawn.
  11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), if you consider that the processing of the personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of April 27, 2016 r.
  12. Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes (including profiling).

According to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (ie the General data protection) (Official Journal of the EU.L. 2016 No. 119, p. 1) hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, we would like to inform you that:

  1.   3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) regulation (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for taking action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract).
  4. Providing the data is necessary to consider the proposal and possible publication of the materials provided.
  5. Your personal data will not be made available to third parties, except in cases provided for by law and in the event of consent to the transfer of your data to the organizers of the next edition of the conference, i.e. the 35th International Conference on Lightning Protection
  6. The administrator does not provide for the transfer of your personal data to a recipient in a third country or an international organization.
  7. Your data will be processed for the period necessary to archive the conference documentation or for a longer period if it is required by applicable law.
  8. You have the right to access your data, rectify it or restrict processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing or to remove it, as long as law permits.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), if you consider that the processing of the personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 r.
  10. Your data will not be subjected to automated decision-making processes (including profiling).

Terms and conditions of the internet payments:

The present Terms determine the rules of acceptance of electronic registration for the 34th International Conference on Lightning Protection (ICLP 2018) which will be held in Rzeszow, Poland, September 2-7, 2018. The ICLP 2018 is organized by the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers – Branch in Rzeszow, Kopernika 1, 35-959 Rzeszow, Poland, NIP: 5260000979, REGON: 000671480, hereinafter called the “ICLP 2018 Organizer”.

The amount and terms of payment of the registration fee made to the ICLP 2018 Organizer by internet has been determined at the web page http://iclp2018.org/. Online payments made by Visa and MasterCard credit cards to a designated bank account of the PL 03 1090 2590 0000 0001 3483 6733, SWIFT Code: WBKPPLPP shall be carried out by PayU S.A. The confirmation of payment of the registration fee will be sent to the email address indicated during conference registration process.

Complaints about registration fee payments made electronically should be sent to: iclp@iclp2018.org. A complaint should state the following: the name, surname and address of the complaining testamur party, as well as a detailed description and reason for the complaint. The complaints received will be dealt with immediately by the ICLP 2018 Organizing Office in the order of filing, but no later than within 14 days of filling. The complaining party shall be informed about the outcome of the complaint in the same way in which the complaint was filled, at the address provided in the correspondence.

Refund of the whole registration fee is not possible. Request for registration cancellation must be sent in writing to the ICLP 2018 Conference Secretariat iclp@iclp2018.org. Cancellations received before August 2, 2018 are eligible for a full refund except for an administration fee of Euro 100. Cancellations received after August 2, 2018 will not be refunded.

Personal data of the User provided in course of the transaction in order to perform the present Agreement shall be processed by the ICLP 2018 Organizer in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended). Submission of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the transaction. The User has the right to access their data and correct them.
